This policy explains how refunds work for Ovylia Premium subscriptions.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
No refunds for paid subscriptions
Ovylia Premium is a monthly subscription. Once a payment has been made, it is not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
If you were charged by mistake or believe there was a billing error, contact us at billing@ovylia.app within 14 days of the charge. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, issue a refund.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription from the Settings page in the app under Payments & subscription. After cancelling, you will not be charged again.
